How to renew  

Details of your subscription amount can be found in 'My IET' or will be printed under the ‘Your Payment’ section of your annual membership fee notice.

There are five easy ways to pay:

  1. Direct Debit - To set up a Direct Debit instruction online go to www.theiet.org/my and follow the Direct Debit link.  Alternatively, complete the membership payment form (download this on the right hand side).

  2. Online - visit 'My IET' and follow the instructions on screen

  3. Call our credit card hotline on +44 (0) 1438 765678 open from Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 18:00 (GMT)

  4. Continuous/One-off credit card payment - complete the membership payment form (download this on the right hand side).

  5. Pay by cheque or sterling bank drafts made payable to ‘The Institution of Engineering and Technology’.  Please write your membership number on the reverse of the cheque or draft.
